Good News! Skip The Post-Workout Water, Have Post-Workout Beer


Now this is a study with which I can get on board:

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Forget water or Gatorade. The drink of choice to rehydrate after a workout is beer.

Researchers at Granada University in Spain found beer can help retain liquid better than water alone.

Aww, yeah. Lose the water bottles and pick up a beer bottle.

I’m all good, then. Better than good. Because I skip that whole pesky “working out” part (I can’t even comprehend the meaning when putting those two words together) and hop right to the rehydrating beer part. Win!

It must be noted that Conservatives must be the most hydrated people of all, if CPAC is any indication. I know I hydrated. Hydrated like the wind!
